Handmade items can be delicate and should be handled gently with care in order to avoid any possible damage.
To help your piece last a long time, keep it away from water/rain, hairspray, perfumes, and lotions, etc.
Please make sure to keep them OUT OF REACH from children under 5 years of age. Pieces may have small parts, or parts that may break off and cause a choking hazard.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Standard processing time is 1-3 business days after you have placed your order as each item is made to order. All orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. Please note: Once your item has left our facility, we are no longer in charge of shipping times.
Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number and name are correctly provided.
Contact your local Post Office immediately if you receive a notice of attempted delivery. They will hold your package a few days before it is returned to me. Buyer is responsible for re-shipping cost.
RETURNS
No returns or exchanges. I will replace any items that arrive damaged if notified within 3 days of delivery. Please contact me as soon as you receive your item to let me know if it is damaged so I can get you a replacement quickly.
